All concerns must be raised within 15 days of your order date, and our team will work with you to resolve the issue. Brew Gear Brew gear is eligible for return or exchange if it is unused and in its original packaging with all contents intact. Requests must be made within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. For any issues with brew gear after 30 days, we request you to contact the manufacturer directly.
