We take immense pride in our coffee and want every purchase to be a satisfying one. Coffee Because coffee is a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns once it has been shipped. All concerns must be raised within 15 days of your order date, and our team will work with you to resolve the issue. Brew Gear Brew gear is eligible for return or exchange if it is unused and in its original packaging with all contents intact. Requests must be made within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. For any issues with brew gear after 30 days, we request you to contact the manufacturer directly. Cancellations Cancellations on coffee orders can only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been roasted.
